      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/485628"&gt;@Strathcona&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The support team here on the community can't just send the cable, but they would probably be able to arrange a replacement router together with all of the cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They probably won't be around until Monday now, so you may get faster support by using the &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Our-live-chat-team/ta-p/2230529" target="_blank"&gt;live chat&lt;/A&gt; or calling customer services on 0345 172 0088 over the weekend, however the Support Team here should respond to this topic early next week to help if you still need them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would need to send you a replacement router which will include new cables and a returns bag for your current router. Will this be ok?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Debbie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New router is installed and working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned the other one with Royal mail trying to collect it twice! First time was successful they tried to collect it again 4 hours later ho humm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should be with you by now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;</description>
