Feeling frustrated to say the least! No tv for about three weeks. Or more like no Internet connection to the TV so no catchup! After four hours on chat to several agents I have been sent a new ethernet cable and a replacement tv box. And the issue is still not resolved. It has to be the router and the Lan port. I have also had an independent tv engineer out and he is in agreement. Its so frustrating 😫. How do I go about getting a replacement router? Help

So the new box and new cable are exactly the same as before? Have you tried different LAN ports on the router? I take it you mean a direct Ethernet connection, rather than via powerline adapters?

I should also have asked, are there any other issues with your broadband connection?
