Returning equipment

My contract finished the 4th of April but I still haven't received the bag to return the equipment. How long does it take to arrive? I have 42 days to return it, so I want to be sure I received the bag with enough time to return the equipment.

Hi @JesusJF,

The support team here should be able to look into this for you when they return tomorrow. If it looks like a bag has not been sent they should be able to arrange for one to be sent to you.
