&lt;P&gt;Your&amp;nbsp; issue is likely caused by a recent Microsoft upgrade which caused a few vpn issue. Tt have found a fix for this&amp;nbsp; and on Monday one of the team will pick up your post and get you back online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>VPN Stopped Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;VPN link that has been essential to working from home suddenly stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I have spoken to colleagues and read that lots of others have had similar problems and it appears to be the broadband router. My colleague was sent a newer talk talk router which he has leant to me to test on our line and it has worked straight away with the VPN. How do I go about getting this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I will need to make a change to your router firmware. When would be the best time for me to do this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the firmware. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the vpn link last night (was my first opportunity as working away until then)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Firmware Update seems to have done the trick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logged in and VPN worked immediately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;J&lt;/P&gt;</description>
