How to get a replacment router?

Hello,

I have a fault on my Talk Talk Sagemcom router where the internet keeps dropping on each of the ethernet ports on the back of the router.

The wireless connections are ok, just not the wire connections.

If I plug directly into the open reach modem then there is no dropping of the internet. The same is the case when I have used a borrowed wireless router.

I have reset the router multiple times and used anouther computer but the internet connection keeps dropping.

I have rang customer services but they have put the phone down multiple times.

Any help on how I can get a replacement router would be most welcome.
