The support team here will be able to turn it off for you again, they will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I requested this over a year ago , as i was having problems.The auto channel was taken off my sagem router , and everything worked fine. I have started having problems again , and would you believe , after i change channel , it reverts back to auto channel , which is extremely busy with other neighbours. Please could you disable this again for me thanks .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
