I would like to upgrade my broadband but it adds tv £4 a month I do not have a talktalk tv box and I don’t want one trying to explain to talktalk is bit like catering for idiots

Have you tried talking to the Loyalty / Retentions team on 0345 172 0088, they would be best placed to get you the best deal and ensure you only have the add-ons that you want.
