Can't connect to my work VPN

I can't connect to my work VPN. Our IT consultant has checked all my settings and confirm they are correct. I can connect to my work VPN if I use a Hotspot on my phone so TalkTalk must be blocking the connection.

This may be connected with updates to the router, @lindag1.

Which model do you have?

You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.

Staff are not on here at weekends, and most won't be back till after the Bank Holiday, so for now the only support channels are as advertised here:
