Hi
Could you tell me how to get a link to the latest, stable, firmware upgrade for the Sagemcom FAST5364 router, currently I'm on version SG4K100130 but the service centre says it needs updating.

Hi @Sarajane1,

The latest version is SG4K100136, you can't install firmware yourself, it gets automatically pushed out overnight. You may well find that your router will update itself fairly soon (mine updated last week). But if it does not update, the support team here on the community would be able to push the latest version to your router.

Hi Sara

This firmware is one of the latest firmware versions but our Products Team will be rolling out a firmware update to 136 over the next couple of weeks.

Please can you leave your router powered up all the time. The firmware update is usually rolled out overnight.
