Issues connecting to voice chat on Discord and other platforms

I've tried to flush my DNS, use public DNS services from google, turn everything off and on again. I've also allowed every port to be available for Discord which is a range from 50000-65535. Nothing has worked. Connecting using a VPN or my mobile 4G works but using my internet does not allow me to join. I am only getting RTC Connecting.

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested again as this will reset the current session?

Thanks for trying and I'm sorry to hear this. What happens when you try to connect, do you see any error messages? Are you using HomeSafe/Kidsafe?

Our Products Team have asked if you can also factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
