Unable to Access Plex and Discord

I am unable to access Plex and Discord voice services (stopped working recently). I have a Sagemcom Fast 5364 router with SG4K100136 software.

If I replace the router I can get to both services so it appears to be a router issue.

Does anyone know how to stop the router from blocking these services?

i also have another problem with a secondary router which cannot connect through the Talktalk router to any time server. I think this might be connected to the same issue.

Yes, I can now access Plex, Discord and the time server. Thank you for the very prompt response (25 mins from first raising the issue).
