VPN issue today (generic routing encapsulation protocol)

Hi I am unable to connect to my work VPN.

it looks like other users have experienced the same Issue, and a firmware upgrade fixed it

My router is the FAST5364 3.0 firmware SG4K100136.

The helpdesk were unable to help, how do I get the upgrade?

We can change the firmware to help with the VPN issue. When would be the best time to do this ?
