Contract renewal

Our contract finishes on 9 May. You are offering a new 24 month contract for £26 a month (but the small print says it is £23.50 a month???).

The problem is we are moving to an area you do not cover in the next few weeks so will have to move to a different supplier. E.g. Now Broadband and anytime calls for £21 a month?

What is your Standard Tariff? I can not find the details on your website.

Also, if you look at your bill in 'My Account' it may well show you the standard price for the service you are on, and the discount you are getting from that price due to currently being in contract.
