Hello,

I'm sorry for the delay. Do you have a dial tone? If the voice service is ok then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out. We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

Thanks

My router led is flashing orange and I can't get online. I've done all of the checks, changed the microfilter, changed power cable, changed the line from the router to the micro filter, used the master socket test socket, turned off and on again but nothing makes a difference. I don't have my old router anymore. The line test comes back as working. Has anybody any ideas on what I could try next? I can't get through to anybody on the live chat and there's no email address
