      <title>VPN STOPPED WORKING</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’ve been working from home for a while without any connection problems, but yesterday I needed to access files from my work VPN but was unable to connect to my work VPN while connected to my TalkTalk Wi-Fi. I also tried via Ethernet cable directly to my TalkTalk router with Wi-Fi disabled but this did not work either. I then setup a mobile hotspot and this worked fine, but this is not a permanent solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why has TalkTalk recently prevented this access, it does not make sense now when so many people still work from home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you provide a fix to this issue quickly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I will need to make a change to your router firmware, when would be the best time to do this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the firmware, this should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.&lt;/P&gt;
