      <title>No access to VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon, I have been homeworking for the past 2 years with no issues.&amp;nbsp; Today my work laptop will not connect to Direct Access on Windows 10. The internet works absolutely fine on home PC and phone but I am unable to access anything through Direct Access. I have restarted my laptop/router multiple times &amp;amp; had no joy, my works IT department have ensured me there's no issues their end and have run several tests.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I rang and was advised they would log the issue with Openreach as I am unable to access either using a phone as a hotspot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having these issues?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Frustrating as I have wasted a whole day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Openreach may take up to 48 hrs to respond!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
