      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My router has been flashing white/orange since midnight and I have no internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried resetting the router etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been no change to the setup at my end that would have caused this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could have just been a fault out on the phone network, if Openreach's automated systems detected the fault (or if the fault was also affecting other customers, and they reported it), then potentially Openreach could have fixed the issue today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
