      <description>&lt;P&gt;Access the log in page, give email address &amp;amp; password. Appears to be loading then drops back to log in page with the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every attempt to log in for several months now has been the same. So I have not been able to access anything about my account during this period.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you are having problems, from the error you are seeing, &amp;nbsp;I suspect you are a Mailplus customer, unfortunately there is a known defect with those accounts and My Account, It has been raised to the relevant team to fix, but Its taking longer than expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
