    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having issues over the last couple of months with a number of services that I'd put down to sketchy wifi, but now I've typed them all in a row above it looks like it may be a UDP issue. Did anything happen a couple of months ago that may have caused an issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My hardware and software versions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hardware VersionSoftware VersionGUI Version&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;FAST5364 3.00&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;SG4K100136&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;5.6.1&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The only recent change has been the firmware update to 136. Would you like me to test a different firmware version to see how the connection compares?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A factory reset has fixed it, everything back to normal. All Whats app, Ring doorbell, Xbox and discord connectivity issues gone. Should have stuck to my usual 3 step plan. XD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Switch everything off and on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Switch everything off, then on again after 30 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
