Upload speed getting lower and lower

Since my TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub was updated to version SG4K100136, my upload speeds have been steadily getting lower! I was getting 5mb prior to the update, then after it was just over 4, then 4, now down again to 3.7. I'm noticing more buffering when watching catch-up TV if I'm even just browsing the internet. My download speed incidentally seems to stick at 20mb.

Is anyone else getting this, or can my speeds be reset maybe?

I'm sorry to hear this and I will take a look now. The line test is clear.

Would you like me to test a different firmware version to see how the connection compares?

Will it be ok if I do the firmware update now?

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the firmware. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
