    <description>&lt;P&gt;Staff here are unable to deal with cancellations.&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to speak to the Loyalty Team&lt;BR /&gt;0345 172 0088 is currently working.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to cancel my service. I got an email saying a letter would be sent to my address with info about ending my contract but I have recently moved out so will not have access to that letter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would it be possible to get this information sent to a different address or even my email address with this info and the address for returning my hub etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
