3 days ago i placed order for broadband and still didnt even received confirmation email with order number. Tried to call help line but couldnt make call. How or where i can get help ?

Was this an order for full fibre to the home or standard broadband ?

My broadband has been cancelled by mistake and now how to wait until Sunday to ring the sales team and my broadband still won't be on
