    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wonder if anyone can help, since June 2022, I have been unable to access my VPN.&amp;nbsp; today I thought, let me sort this out as I am working from home again. I spent 2hrs on the live chat speaking with someone telling me to disconnect, shut down, reboot, disconnect, shut down and reboot.&amp;nbsp; In the end, they told me that I need to contact my IT department, even though I had gone to them before, as I thought it was my laptop, and a thorough check was given.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surprise, surprise Talktalk somehow managed to get an error and cut me off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rang the Talk Talk technical department only to be told if it's an internet problem they can help but they can't help if it's a VPN issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router I have is a Sagemcom fast 5364, TalkTalk super hub (but not VPN accessible???)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest what I should do next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H1&gt;</description>
