      <title>Support on a reported fault</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been advised to contact talktalk regarding a fault but I can't find how to contact anyone and the "contact us" button doesn't do anything so I'll post here and hope for the best.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a fault with reference&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP-11724312. Basically internet goes down for hours at a time for the past week but wireless connection is fine, it's the connection to the internet that doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help will be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wayne&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
