      <title>Broadband / router issue.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a current problem with talktalk's internet service? My router is "flashing red" at the moment, and the down detector website indicates I'm not the only one. Could someone look into it please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Is the voice service ok? Do you have a test socket?&lt;/P&gt;
