Hello,

I moved home on 26th August and my “go live” date in the new home was yesterday. Router is plugged in and has the solid white light (since around 1:30pm) however I cannot access any websites as I’m getting the dreaded http://connectionerror.testingbb.com/bbstatus.aspx

After 2 hours on live chat yesterday, I’m no further forward and the agent has arranged a new router however reading the posts on here it’s nothing to do with that.

Can anyone please help/advise on how they got the situation resolved? I need my internet to enable me to work like most people and it’s so frustrating that the 2 people I have spoken to at talk talk have no idea how to help.
