Power line adapter seems dead

Hello there

the tv box lost connection to the router. I tried resetting the adapters but this didn’t work. Then I tried pairing them. The adapter connected to the router started blinking when I pressed the pair button but receiving adapter does nothing when you press and hold its pair button. A little house symbol lights up green but nothing starts flashing.

any suggestions?

If the house light is green on both units then they are connected together. Assuming this to be an Ethernet only PLA, have you tried new Ethernet cables each end, are you sure that the old ones when used are pushed fully home on each end?

Thanks for responding Keith. I’m now fairly sure that one of the adapters is faulty. Went on the chat thing this morning and they are sending me a free replacement.
