topic HIK Vision cctv cameras in Broadband

I have the fibre 65 contract with Talk Talk. I recently had a HIK Vision cctv system fitted, which gives great live view streaming, but refuses to show captured replays of movement notification clips recorded. The engineer an HIK themselves have said that it most likely a router problem, but Talk Talk have completed tests and confirmed that my router is working OK. Anybody else had this problem and resolved it? I use my iPhone to access the cctv and I have the latest iOS update. Thanks
