No Internet again

Is anyone else in Staffordshire having problems with broadband? Mine has been intermittent for about a month (more off than on), flashing orange in and off on the router most of the time. I've had two engineer visits and a new router and still I have nothing but problems. I'm getting to the point I just want to cancel the contract and sign up with someone who provides a reliable service
