Slow connection after 6pm and weekends

I have the 150 fibre and it works most of the day. however, on weekends and after 6pm, it starts to go quite badly, having speeds of 60mbps and a latency of around 200ms

Is there a known fix for this? I think the network is overloaded at that time

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, does this happen every night after 6pm? Does the speed then improve again on it's own? Are you connected wired or wireless when this happens please?
