      <title>New order help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered future fibre on 23rd August and was given a go live date of 14th September.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A BT engineer turned up a few days before looked in my garage and said, I don't know how to do this and someone else will turn up. So no appointments no communication. Some one turned up 8 days ago but I wasn't in and my wife was working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been chatting with talk talk via the website, I keep getting told its being escalated then I receive a text with when I'll receive an update.&amp;nbsp; This has happened 5 times now. Nothing seems to be happening and I'm at the end of my tether with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current contract is coming to and end within a week and I'll end up going onto double the rate while I wait for talktalk. I thought I'd done it all with plenty of time to spare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
