I must say what an absolute nightmare ti try and cancel, I have been in a conversation with the chat for 40mibs only to be told I need ti call, I feel very sorry fir vulnerable clients as they peopl6on the chat and phones are very pushy to making you stay, I would never recommend talk talk just fir thus reason alone.

All ISPs will be the same with the "pushiness" when people want to leave. Sometimes the deals then offered are worth staying for.

Yes, it's very annoying if the job you were trying to get done was simply to leave and have done with it!
