Need a new router

Hi there

I've had my Huawei hg633 router for years, and now my wifi keeps dropping out. Tried to do an onine chat, but it isn't loading for some reason. Can you send me out a new router please?

Have you tried a factory reset? If not then it's definitely worth trying - Restore your router to factory settings - TalkTalk Help & Support

Hi there

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've tried resetting the router but it's made no difference. Immediately after the factory reset my download speed was about 35Mbps (what it used to be) but after a short time it drops back down to about only 2 or 3Mbps and I can't watch anything online as it's buffering and have got to restart the router again.
