    <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as its not locked to the BT Hub in some way, it should be able to be used independently, but the WiFi speed will probably be less as it could be dependent on its own speed for boosting the signal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would wait until&amp;nbsp; you get the install and try it before making any hasty decision.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm considering a TalkTalk contract and have decided to go for the Fibre500 plan that comes with an Eero. I've been prompted to consider an additional Eero for better coverage. Thing is, we've already got a BT Wifi extender that's worked well with our Virgin broadband so far, so my first instinct is that we don't need a new one. However, I'm concerned about the exclusivity of the package and the Amazon tech.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I be able to use my BT extender as normal with this contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
