can anyone tell me if talktalk offer a broadband social tariff for customers on benefits? i hear about this recently but can't find anything on the talktalk website.

Ofcom list the ISP's that offer Social Tariffs but TalkTalk is not on that list at present. If any TalkTalk customer is struggling to pay then here's some information Struggling to pay.

Just to add that Ofcom have today, 29 September 2022, asked TalkTalk to offer a social tariff to customers or let customers wishing to move to a social tariff with another ISP to leave without any early termination fees.

I would therefore expect TalkTalk to introduce a social tariff in the very near future. But that's just my personal view. I don't influence business decisions.
