Connection from flat to fibre optic cable

Fibre optic cables have recently been installed at our flat. We currently have a copper wire landline. Does Talk-Talk replace this last part of the connection free of charge?

An installation of new Fibre connections does not indicate other than giving you possibilities to upgrade at some point. Whether TalkTalk, or other providers are able to supply a full fibre service is something you will need to check.
