      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried running this page c25 times across various devices in the last 3 weeks and it's only completed twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It always "gets stuck" completing the last 10%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is using both routers so I don't think the failure is linked to devices being disconnected from the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Powering down the router for a full 30 minutes will reset the current session. Does the Service Centre error also happen if you use a different browser?&lt;/P&gt;
