      <title>Can't connect to work VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to connect to my work PPTP VPN through my Talktalk WiFi Hub router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know the VPN works, as I am able to connect via hotspot from mobile data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like many others have had the same issue, and the resuloution seems to be to upgrade the firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help me with upgrading my firmware?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Current version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SG4K100136&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Brilliant &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent over 7 hours on the chat help line trying to get help with this and they told me they couldn't upgrade the firmware. Infuriating and useless. You just did in 20 mins - sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're a champion Karl. Thank you so much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
