Wifi Calling on mobile

Hello

I have been with TalkTalk quite a while now, and i always had the benefit of being able to use Wifi calling, However over the course of the last year i had weeks of problems with my broadband speed being really slow or not working at all, im on the 65mb plan, after numerous attempts to get it fixed and raising a complaint with TalkTalk i eventually got a slighter better service when a repair man spent the day working on it, it was an issue to do with the lines and exchange, wasnt a problem in the house, however the repairman informed me that the best he can do is raise my speed to 40mbps, which im still not happy about, i always got a minimum of 60mbps on Talktalk up until then so i found it very unfair, i was refunded 1 month of payment and case closed. Since that happened ive never been able to get wifi calling again, i even bought a new phone and despite wifi calling being enabled i cant get it, yet i can at a friends house who is also on TalkTalk, im also assured ill never get faster than the 40mbps. I feel ripped off as a loyal customer, id love to get the 150 when its available here, but ill never have that option will i as i cant get more than 40mbps.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix wifi calling please?, ive got a year left on my contract and if all these problems arent fixed by then i shall most certainly be taking my business elsewhere to someone who can provide me with faster speeds.
