    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have the fibre 65 with tv contract which came with a guaranteed minimum speed of 32.4mps, however, over the last few weeks i have been getting only 17mbs. I raised a ticket and the engineer came out today and fixed a problem with some line touching one another 50 yards from my address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is as my contract came with a guarantee minimum download speed am i eligible for compensation as this was not met?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
