If they are already turned off then try turning them on, leave them on for 10 - 15 minutes, then turn them off again.

Hi there.

Around midnight most days I loose the Internet for an hour or so. This has been happening for the past 3 months, since the start of my connection. I left it thinking it would fix itself but its starting to get frustrating.

Could somebody please look in to this for me. Thank you.

Hi mpross75

Apologies for this. Have you checked to see if HomeSafe/KidsSafe has been switched on? (In My Account)

Thanks

Hello. Thank you both for your advice. I've just checked. Kids safe was off, but a new setting I have never seen before, 'homework time' Was on, set for 12am to 1pm Weekdays? Very odd.

So I've turned it off and hopefully that will solve it.

Thanks again.

Hi

Homework time being active will cause this type of issue, so hopefully that has resolved it 🙂
