    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, think this has been happening to quite a few people recently (including me !). TalkTalk are investigating, I've been able to temporarily fix it by removing the cookies that are used by that webpage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not a Mac user, so not sure how you would do it, but in Chrome on Windows you can just click the padlock icon next to the URL in the address bar, and there is a link there to view (and remove) the cookies used by that page. For me, removing all cookies related to the talktalk.co.uk site fixed the issue (until I tried to use webmail again, when the issue then comes back).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - most of the time I try to get into the talk talk account page I'm getting a white screen with this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your support ID is: [long number]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone know what's going on please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm on a&amp;nbsp;Mac and safari.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
