I was just after an update on our Broadband issue. Its been down since yesterday in Sheffield 8.

I can't access LiveChat to ask.

The Support Team on this community probably won't be around until Monday now, so you may get faster support by using the live chat or calling customer services on 0345 172 0088 over the weekend, however the Support Team here should respond to this topic early next week to help if you are still having issues.

If you are having problems accessing the live chat link (during their opening hours) then it might be worth trying a different browser.

Thanks for that, I finally got on LiveChat and they told me there is an issue in my area and they are working on it.🙂
