Amazon tech package

As part of my broadband package I was offered and excepted the Amazon Tech package which gives me the Echo Dot 4th Gen and smart plug. The link I was given took me to the product on Amazon but states it is unavailable and no future likelihood of it (guess that's because we're now on 5th Gen). If I try ordering the product through the other Amazon supplied products it states that the voucher is not valid for them.

Tried to get the chat room to sort this out but they don't seem to have a clue.

Can anyone help please?
