&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Nothing has changed with the router firmware, however I am seeing a fault on your line.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;line tests are showing an external disconnection fault. I've logged this over to Openreach to take a look at this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My vpn connection is not working.&amp;nbsp; It has been fine since last year when I had the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karl kindly sorted this for me.&amp;nbsp; Please can this be done as soon as possibly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;D&lt;/P&gt;</description>
