      <title>BROADBAND DISCONNECTION</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to get a service that has been cut off is a joke, I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue, I got so desperate as to ask to talk to a manager and to be told "Managers are not taking call", what a joke, all my calls appear to be dropped as the people I'm talking to don't semm to have a clue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was cut of on 28th Sept, ...my 'case handler' advised me the quickest way of getting a service back was to order a new copper broadband service, this I did, I received an email contract on 24th Oct and a live date of 3rd November, this did not happen. I am really tired of talktalk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been with them since 2004 or there abouts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
