slower speed than guaranteed

My speed check showed I am getting less than half the speed I am guaranteed and that there is a fault on the line between my house and Talk Talk . But how do I know if it is being fixed or even investigated?

Profile updated. Very slow speed problem still persists. When will it be fixed?

Speeds are very low. Fibre test is clear however line tests are showing an issue. Check the home phone, do you have a clear dial tone or noise on the line ?
