Router Changing the Wifi Channels

Hi,

I'm trying to stop the router from automatically changing the Wifi channels.

I keep manually changing the channel, but it keeps defaulting back to channel 1.

I've read Wifi Optimisation is the cause of this, so can it be switched off, please?

Hi @dcprime,

Assuming you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub, the support team here on the community will be able to disable Wi-Fi Optimisation on your router when they return tomorrow.
