Password on the router sticker ins't working when trying to log onto the WiFi hub.

Just to confirm, are you trying to log into the router admin page?

There should be 2 stickers on the back, one with the wireless password details and then a separate sticker with the login details for the router admin page.

Yes i know and the Router admin page password doesn't work.

Presumably you've tried the factory reset?
