Renewing broadband contract

Hi,

I want to renew my broadband contract at the cost for £24 pounds a month for 24 months on Fibre 35. No matter which link I click onto in the email I received from TalkTalk a month ago I can't find where to renew my contract. Can anyone advise me on how to do this?

Hi @Welliegirl,

If you can't find the offer you want online it is usually best to phone up to get the best possible deal. If you call 0345 172 0088 you will have to listen to some messages, but if you then ask for the loyalty team they will be able to discuss your options and get you the best renewal deal.
